Orders are shipped via Australia post. All shipping will be charged at a flat rate of AUD $9.00 per order for Domestic orders and will be shipped out within (1-2 working days pick and pack). Once your order has been dispatched your order can take 2-5 working days to arrive.
International orders will be shipped out within one (1 -2 working days) via Australia Post. Delivery can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive after being posted. In the event the parcel is held via customs delivery may take up 4 weeks. In the event the parcel is held via customs delivery may take up 4 weeks.
Orders are shipped via Australia post. All shipping will be charged at a flat rate of AUD $20.00 per order.
Any deliveries outside Australia are subject to the postal and customs laws of those countries. MVRK cannot guarantee delivery, regular air mail within 14 days, or express delivery within 7 days outside Australia
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped internationally (outside of Australia) will be sent exclusive of local taxes DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and charges. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the purchaser. As postage laws vary from country to country, parcels sent outside Australia are subject to the postal and customs laws of the country in which they are received.

1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and
2. Duties charged for processing by your country.
How Long do I have to return my item
28 days, after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we do not offer a refund for change of mind.

Who pays for the return/exchange?
If you received the correct item and it is not faulty, you pay for the postage back to us.
What if I received the wrong item / a faulty item?
Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a return satchel for the incorrect item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
